FORGIVEN

Cinemavixion Review

In "Forgiven" (2016), director Kevan Otto crafts a tense thriller centered on a church hostage situation. The narrative follows Lieutenant Morgan and his armed force as they respond to the unfolding crisis. At its core, the film explores the desperate efforts of James to find a way out of his predicament, while Elizabeth is driven by the singular mission of saving his life. Despite a modest reception with a 4.4/10 rating on IMDb and 5 nominations, the film offers a compelling look at high-stakes scenarios and the human drive for survival. Otto's direction, coupled with the performances of the cast, aims to deliver a gripping cinematic experience within its thriller and drama framework.
