FORENSIC FACTOR - TRACKING THE CHRISTIAN EXTREMIST WHO BOMBED AMERICA

Cinemavixion Review

This documentary plunges into the dark undercurrents of domestic terror, focusing on the chilling spree orchestrated by Christian extremist Eric Robert Rudolph. Beginning with the pivotal 1996 Atlanta Olympic Park bombing, the film meticulously reconstructs the events that plunged a nation into fear. It highlights the intense, often misguided, scrutiny faced by security guard Richard Jewell, initially hailed as a hero before becoming the prime suspect. The narrative broadens to encompass subsequent attacks on an abortion clinic and a gay bar, revealing a pattern of calculated violence aimed at first responders. The strength of this documentary lies in its detailed portrayal of the painstaking forensic investigation that connected these acts and ultimately exposed Rudolph's hateful motives. It's a compelling examination of dedicated professionals pursuing justice against a backdrop of national anxiety.
