FLIGHT WORLD WAR II

Cinemavixion Review

Emile Edwin Smith's 'Flight World War II' presents a high-concept premise: a modern flight unexpectedly transported to the battlefields of 1940s France. The film bravely attempts to navigate the treacherous waters of time travel paradoxes, as its passengers must survive the war without significantly altering the course of history. Faran Tahir and Robbie Kay anchor the narrative, portraying characters thrust into an unimaginable situation. While the execution may grapple with the ambitious scope of its premise, the film offers a unique blend of sci-fi adventure and historical drama. Its intriguing 'what if' scenario and the inherent tension of its temporal displacement make it a compelling watch for those intrigued by genre mashups and the butterfly effect of pivotal historical moments.
