FIXER

Cinemavixion Review

"Fixer" plunges viewers into the murky depths of political ambition and its corrupting influence. The film masterfully navigates the grim machinations of Thomas Chalk, an MP determined to reclaim power, employing a shadowy "Fixer" to clear his path. The narrative takes a darker turn as the Fixer is tasked with guiding Chalk's son, leading him through a disturbing urban odyssey. This journey is fraught with socio-political horror, twisted conspiracies, and unforeseen double-crosses, offering a chilling commentary on the compromises made in the pursuit of power. The performances, particularly from the central cast including Patrick Olliver and Phil Lyndon, anchor the film's bleak atmosphere. While not a mainstream blockbuster, "Fixer" provides a compelling, albeit unsettling, exploration of morality and consequence within the corridors of power.
