FINDING FOREVER IN LOVE

Cinemavixion Review

Deri Tyton's "Finding Forever in Love" (2014) presents a raw and introspective look at addiction and personal growth. Embri Ocha Barley delivers a compelling performance as Preach, a character grappling with weed addiction, past trauma, and the pressures of his environment. The narrative, penned by Deri and Indi Tyton, challenges Preach to confront his demons through a week-long abstinence from both sex and marijuana, a therapeutic gauntlet thrown down by his therapist. The film, also featuring strong supporting turns from Stephen Barrington and Deena Beasley, delves into the complexities of overcoming personal struggles. While the runtime is concise at 72 minutes, "Finding Forever in Love" aims to provide a meaningful exploration of redemption and self-discovery. Its 7.1 rating on IMDb suggests an audience resonance with its themes, making it a potentially thought-provoking watch for those interested in character-driven dramas that tackle difficult subjects with a sensitive touch.
