FINAL TRANSIT

Cinemavixion Review

Richard Benter's 'Final Transit' plunges viewers into a disorienting blend of aspiration and terror. The narrative begins with a relatable premise: ordinary individuals experiencing sudden, dream-like success, only to be violently jolted back to reality by the onset of an alien invasion. This abrupt shift from wish fulfillment to survival horror is central to the film's thematic exploration of ambition and the fragility of perceived security. Heather Brooke, Ray George Young, and Erin Miracle anchor the film with performances that navigate the characters' bewilderment and burgeoning resilience. While the film's IMDb rating suggests a challenging reception, its ambitious premise and the stark contrast between its opening and the ensuing chaos offer a unique, albeit perhaps uneven, cinematic experience. 'Final Transit' presents a compelling, if sometimes unsettling, vision of humanity's response to an unimaginable threat, making it a curious watch for those drawn to unconventional sci-fi narratives.
