FBI'S AGONIZING HUNT FOR MISOGYNIST KILLER

Cinemavixion Review

This documentary plunges into the chilling depths of a case that began with the unsettling disappearance of Mindy Schllo, a nurse practitioner in Alaska. What initially seemed like a personal crisis quickly escalated into a full-scale FBI investigation, fueled by suspicious activity on Schllo's bank accounts and ominous surveillance footage of a masked figure. The narrative gains a disturbing momentum as investigators uncover a critical link to Joshua Wade, an individual with a history of violence, previously acquitted of murder. The film meticulously chronicles the ensuing manhunt, culminating in a tense standoff that ultimately leads to Wade's apprehension. It serves as a stark reminder of how darkness can reside undetected in plain sight, presenting a compelling, albeit grim, true crime narrative.
