FATAL CONTRACT

Cinemavixion Review

Tan Bing's 2018 thriller, "Fatal Contract," plunges viewers into a murky investigation when the lifeless body of a promising painter surfaces in a bathtub. The narrative unfolds through the eyes of an unlikely duo: a seasoned bartender and a young, eager policeman. As they delve deeper into the case, they unearth a labyrinth of scandalous secrets and are continually confronted by shocking twists that challenge their perceptions of the truth. While the external data provides a runtime of 90 minutes and lists the film as Chinese, the core of the mystery and the intrigue promised by the plot remain the central focus. It's a compelling setup for a mystery that aims to keep audiences guessing until the very end.
