FASCIST ITALY: THE RISE AND FALL OF MUSSOLINI'S FACTORIES

Cinemavixion Review

This documentary delves into the complex relationship between Fiat founder Giovanni Agnelli and Benito Mussolini, exploring how their collaboration propelled the manufacturing giant to global prominence. The narrative skillfully traces the ambitious rise of Fiat under this partnership, highlighting its significant role in Italy's industrial landscape. However, the film does not shy away from the inevitable decline, particularly as the second world war cast a long shadow over their endeavors. The story serves as a compelling case study of industrial ambition intertwined with political power, and the ultimate consequences when global conflict reshapes the world order. It's a fascinating, albeit somber, look at a pivotal era in both Italian industry and history.
