FAMILY BUSINESS

Cinemavixion Review

This short film, 'Family Business,' presents a chillingly unsettling premise set against the seemingly idyllic backdrop of 1950s suburbia. The narrative hints at a darker reality lurking beneath the surface as a young boy begins to question the origins of his family's sustenance. The sparse details available suggest a potentially suspenseful exploration of innocence confronting a disturbing truth, leaving the audience to ponder the unspoken secrets that can define domestic life. It's a promising setup for a tale that could delve into themes of complicity and hidden economies within the American dream.
