FALLEN NOT FORGOTTEN

Cinemavixion Review

Fallen Not Forgotten, released in 2009, offers a poignant portrayal of Don Smith's harrowing experiences during the Battle of the Bulge, as recounted through his service with the 94th Infantry. Directed by Thad T. Smith, the film delves into the profound personal cost of conflict, focusing on Smith's resilience amidst the brutal realities of war. The narrative, brought to life by performances from Cole Carson, Lauren Bair, and Michael J. Prosser, seeks to honor the sacrifices made by ordinary soldiers in extraordinary circumstances. It is a testament to the human spirit's capacity to endure and find meaning even in the darkest hours, providing a somber yet ultimately uplifting reflection on courage and camaraderie forged in the crucible of battle.
