EVERYTHING THAT GLITTERS

Cinemavixion Review

"Everything That Glitters" offers a compelling look into the facade of a perfect life, masterfully directed by Dan Garcia. Camille Bright delivers a nuanced performance as Victoria Robinson, a woman whose seemingly idyllic existence unravels under the weight of infidelity and the machinations of a mysterious younger man. The film expertly navigates a tense cat-and-mouse narrative, exploring the profound costs associated with maintaining appearances. Golden Brooks and Terrell Carter provide strong supporting performances that enhance the dramatic tension. While the plot delves into dark motives and dangerous games, it ultimately serves as a cautionary tale about the elusive nature of true happiness and the sacrifices one might make in its pursuit. This is a thought-provoking drama that lingers long after the credits roll.
