Cinemavixion Review

In "Everybody Gets Stabbed," director Levon J. Polinelli crafts a darkly comedic slasher that gleefully skewers toxic masculinity and entitlement. The film follows Clive, whose absurd plan to eliminate his friends and frame his rival for his unrequited love, Lauren, descends into hilariously inept murder attempts. Aided by the hopelessly devoted Desmond, Clive's delusions of grandeur are met with equally incompetent execution, leading to a blood-soaked, satirical romp. The chemistry between Nick Pages-Oliver as Clive and Daniel Buckle as Desmond provides much of the film's absurd humor, while Jayden Arts rounds out the key cast. Despite its low-fi presentation and a modest IMDb rating, the film's biting social commentary and over-the-top violence offer a unique and often uncomfortable, yet undeniably entertaining, viewing experience for those who appreciate unconventional dark comedies.
