EVE

Cinemavixion Review

Rory Kindersley's 'Eve' plunges into the high-stakes world of theatrical ambition, focusing on two actresses vying for the pivotal role of 'Eve' in a new adaptation of 'Paradise Lost'. While Christine Marzano's portrayal of Alex Beyer, the chosen actress, initially radiates excitement, this soon dissolves into a chilling psychological thriller. Following a disturbing home invasion, Alex finds her grip on reality loosening as an unseen tormentor escalates, threatening not only her sanity but the safety of those around her. The film masterfully blurs the lines between ambition, reality, and paranoia, creating a tense and unsettling atmosphere that keeps audiences guessing until the very end.
