EMERGENCY PLANE LANDING IN NEPAL

Cinemavixion Review

This documentary offers a compelling glimpse into the transformative power of aviation in Nepal's remote mountain regions. Narrator Arthur Williams embarks on a journey, co-piloting a small aircraft with local aviator Max, providing viewers with a visceral understanding of the challenges and breathtaking beauty of mountain flying. The narrative shifts effectively to the ground, highlighting the profound impact of infrastructure development, such as a new airstrip, on the lives of local communities, exemplified by the Parajuli family. While the film focuses on the practicalities and human element, it serves as an engaging introduction to a unique facet of modern life in the Himalayas.
