EASTER BUNNY MASSACRE

Cinemavixion Review

Jack Peter Mundy's 'Easter Bunny Massacre' plunges viewers into a grim narrative where a celebratory graduation party devolves into a nightmare of guilt and terror. The film expertly crafts a suspenseful atmosphere as a group of friends, burdened by a dark secret—the murder of a classmate and the subsequent cover-up—find themselves ensnared by a vengeful killer. A year after the tragic event, cryptic invitations summon them to an unsettling "Easter Celebration," a reunion that quickly transforms into a deadly game of cat and mouse. The killer, clad in a chilling bunny mask, systematically stalks the protagonists, their every move dictated by the unearthed secret. Starring Sarah Alexandra Marks, Sarah T. Cohen, and Antonia Whillans, the film explores themes of consequence and retribution, offering a brutal examination of how past actions can manifest into inescapable horrors. While the film may not shy away from its grisly premise, it provides a compelling, albeit dark, exploration of psychological torment and the relentless pursuit of justice, or perhaps just revenge, by a masked assailant.
