Cinemavixion Review

This documentary, "DO THE MATH: A Call to Action for a Global Climate Movement," plunges into the stark realities of climate change, presenting a compelling argument rooted in scientific data. Bill McKibben, alongside his organization 350.org, embarks on a crucial roadshow to confront the fossil fuel industry's role in exacerbating the climate crisis. The film highlights the critical threshold of 565 gigatons of CO2 emissions to stay below a 2°C warming, contrasting it sharply with the 2,795 gigatons that would be released by burning existing fossil fuel reserves. "DO THE MATH" serves as a vital counter-narrative to industry misinformation, showcasing the emergence of a global movement determined to curb CO2 emissions and protect the planet from irreversible catastrophe. It's a powerful call to action, urging viewers to understand the urgent mathematics of our climate future and join the fight for a sustainable world.
