DISCOVERING THE TRUTH BEHIND SWEDEN'S SEA CREATURE

Cinemavixion Review

Ostersund, a city often dubbed the 'centre of Sweden,' presents a fascinating enigma in this documentary. Nestled beside Sweden's fifth-largest lake, a body of water rumored to have flourished even during the Ice Age, the town carries whispers of Viking origins and, more intriguingly, a legendary aquatic inhabitant. For centuries, tales of a mysterious sea creature have permeated local folklore, with each recounting painting a unique picture of the elusive entity. This film ventures into the depths of the lake, following divers as they embark on a quest to uncover the truth behind these enduring myths. It's a compelling exploration of local legend, the allure of the unknown, and the human drive to seek answers in the mysterious corners of our world.
