DICK: THE DEVIL DARED ME TO

Cinemavixion Review

Chris Stapp's 'Dick: The Devil Dared Me To' is a raucous plunge into the absurd world of professional stuntmen. The film chronicles the ambitious journey of young Randy, an aspiring daredevil determined to etch his name in the annals of stunt history. His path is fraught with peril, not just from gravity-defying stunts but also from his conniving rival, Dick, the reigning king of the stunt profession. The narrative revels in the sheer idiocy and unbridled comedy that ensues as these two titans clash, culminating in a quest for the ultimate, most outlandish stunt. While perhaps not a critical darling, the film offers a unique blend of slapstick and over-the-top action, celebrating the underdog spirit with a generous dose of anarchic humor.
