DEVIL'S NIGHT: DAWN OF THE NAIN ROUGE

Cinemavixion Review

Sam Logan Khaleghi's 'Devil's Night: Dawn of the Nain Rouge' plunges viewers into the grim atmosphere of Lake Orion, Michigan, a town haunted by more than just its urban legends. The film follows Police Officer Billie Jean Finnick, portrayed by Jesi Jensen, as she navigates a series of disturbing murders upon her return from military service. Jensen delivers a compelling performance as the resilient officer, tasked with unraveling a mystery steeped in local folklore and supernatural dread. Khaleghi, who also directs and co-writes, crafts a narrative that skillfully blends police procedural elements with horror, drawing on the inherent creepiness of a community grappling with an ancient evil. While the film's IMDb rating suggests a niche appeal, its commitment to atmospheric tension and Jensen's central performance make it a noteworthy entry for fans of supernatural thrillers and crime mysteries.
