DEVIL'S NIGHT: DAWN OF THE NAIN ROUGE

Cinemavixion Review

Sam Logan Khaleghi's directorial debut, "Devil's Night: Dawn of the Nain Rouge," plunges viewers into a chilling supernatural investigation. The film follows a military veteran's transition to law enforcement, where she finds herself entangled in an urban legend surrounding the elusive Nain Rouge. Khaleghi, who also stars in the film alongside Jesi Jensen and Nathan Mathers, crafts a narrative that blends action, crime, and horror elements. While the plot delves into familiar territory of a returning hero facing unforeseen challenges, the supernatural undercurrent and the exploration of a specific folklore add a unique texture. The film's atmosphere is palpable, drawing audiences into its shadowy world and posing questions about the nature of reality and myth. It's a commendable effort that showcases potential in its storytelling and presentation, particularly for fans of folklore-driven horror.
