DEVIL AMONG THE AMISH

Cinemavixion Review

A chilling premise unfolds in "Devil among the Amish," presenting a narrative steeped in supernatural dread and rural isolation. The story centers on Amy, a young woman whose clairvoyant gifts become a focal point as her community succumbs to a sinister, possibly demonic, influence. The encroaching darkness is amplified by the arrival of an enigmatic funeral director who seeks to harness Amy's unique abilities for an investigation into the unsettling events plaguing the village. This setup promises a tense exploration of faith, fear, and the unseen forces that can disrupt even the most devout communities. As visions haunt Amy and the village descends into an ominous atmosphere, the film appears poised to delve into psychological horror, where the battle against external evil is mirrored by an internal struggle for Amy's own sanity and purpose. The potential for a gripping, atmospheric thriller is palpable.
