DETECTIVE MALONE (THE BLACK COBRA 4)

Cinemavixion Review

In 'Detective Malone (The Black Cobra 4)', directed by Umberto Lenzi and released in 1991, Fred Williamson stars as a detective embroiled in a high-stakes hostage situation. The plot centers on a group of terrorists who abduct an electronics engineer, forcing him to develop a sophisticated security system for their stronghold. The film, which also features Bruno Bilotta and Bobby Rhodes, delves into the tense cat-and-mouse game between law enforcement and a dangerous criminal element. While the film's direct-to-video origins might suggest a certain level of grit over polish, its premise offers a classic action-thriller narrative with a focus on suspense and a race against time.
