DEMOTED

Cinemavixion Review

In the realm of workplace comedies, 'Demoted' offers a premise that is both familiar and ripe for comedic exploitation. Directed by J.B. Rogers, the film centers on two tire salesmen, played by Sean Astin and Michael Vartan, whose penchant for pranks leads to their ultimate undoing: a demotion to secretarial duties. David Cross rounds out the principal cast as their exasperated boss. While the external data doesn't detail critical reception or awards, the core narrative suggests a descent into comedic chaos as the protagonists grapple with their new, less-than-glamorous roles. This setup promises a battle of wills and a test of adaptability, with the potential for laugh-out-loud moments as the salesmen navigate the unfamiliar territory of office administration. It's a scenario that invites audiences to ponder the consequences of one's actions, albeit through a humorous lens.
