DELUSION

Cinemavixion Review

Christopher Di Nunzio's 'Delusion' delves into the labyrinthine corridors of grief and delusion, offering a compelling psychological thriller. The narrative centers on Frank, a man haunted by the spectral presence of his deceased wife, whose attempt to forge a new beginning is complicated by the arrival of an enigmatic woman. David Graziano delivers a nuanced performance as Frank, grappling with loss and the blurring lines between reality and hallucination. The film masterfully builds an atmosphere of unease, amplified by the supporting cast, including Jami Tennille and Irina Peligrad, who contribute to Frank's escalating paranoia. While the film explores common themes of loss and moving on, its execution, particularly the tension between Frank's internal struggles and external influences, makes it a noteworthy entry in the genre. The mystery surrounding Frank's choices and the potential for a 'darker reality' promise a thought-provoking viewing experience.
