DELITTO CARNALE

Cinemavixion Review

In 'Delitto Carnale' (1983), director Cesare Canevari crafts a suspenseful tale set within the confines of a hotel. The narrative unfolds as a group of lively funeral attendees find themselves stranded when a murder occurs. Under police orders to remain put, lest the killer strike again, the guests' interactions escalate, breeding tension and suspicion amongst them. The film stars Marc Porel, Sonia Otero, and Fulvio Ricciardi, whose performances are central to navigating the increasingly volatile atmosphere. Canevari masterfully uses the confined setting to amplify the psychological drama, making 'Delitto Carnale' a compelling watch for those intrigued by classic thrillers with a claustrophobic edge.
