Robert H. Gwinn's 2010 thriller "Deadly Renovations" plunges viewers into a high-stakes world where ambition clashes with peril. The film follows a determined house-flipping group whose latest venture, a potentially lucrative hotel project, takes a sinister turn when they uncover evidence of hidden cash.
