DEADLY PRESENCE

Cinemavixion Review

Shane Cole's 'Deadly Presence' plunges viewers into a chilling narrative that explores the lingering effects of fear and the uncanny. The film masterfully builds suspense, centering on a woman who finds her reality unraveling after an encounter with a malevolent force in a supposedly haunted house. The performances, particularly from Megan Lynn, Kathy Sue Holtorf, and Sabrina Carmichael, are commendable, grounding the supernatural elements with relatable human emotion. While the plot delves into classic horror tropes, it does so with a keen eye for psychological dread, making the audience question what is real and what is a manifestation of inner turmoil. The film serves as a stark reminder that some places hold more than just memories; they harbor a palpable, deadly presence. It's a compelling watch for those who appreciate atmospheric horror that lingers long after the credits roll.
