Cinemavixion Review

This documentary from Spark delves into the tragic events surrounding the Costa Concordia disaster. It meticulously reconstructs the night of the sinking, focusing on the critical decisions and immediate aftermath. The narrative skillfully guides the viewer through the unfolding chaos and the subsequent search for survivors. A significant portion of the analysis centers on Captain Francesco Schettino, positioning him as the focal point of blame for the catastrophe. The documentary offers a compelling, albeit somber, examination of human error, corporate responsibility, and the profound consequences that can arise from a single, fatal misjudgment at sea.
