DEADLY DECEPTION: MEDICAL PROFESSIONALS TURNED KILLERS

Cinemavixion Review

This documentary delves into the chilling reality of 'angels of death' operating within the supposed sanctity of hospitals and nursing wards. It profiles notorious serial killers such as Harold Shipman, Stephan Letter, Michael Swango, and Elfriede Blauensteiner, individuals who exploited their positions of trust to commit heinous acts. The narrative also broadens its scope to include other infamous murderers like Andrei Chikatilo, Richard Ramirez, Anatoly Onoprienko, and Pedro Rodrigues Filho, highlighting the terrifying randomness with which victims are often selected. The common thread, however, is the perpetrator, a chilling reminder that evil can lurk in the most unexpected places. The film prompts a deep reflection on the vulnerability of patients and the psychological profiles of those who betray their oaths to heal.
