DEAD ENVY

Cinemavixion Review

In 'DEAD ENVY,' director Harley Di Nardo presents a compelling narrative centered on an aging rock artist's desperate bid for a comeback. The film delves into the potentially detrimental consequences of seeking assistance from a mysterious young talent, exploring themes of ambition, desperation, and the price of fame. With a cast featuring Di Nardo himself alongside Samantha Smart, Adam Reeser, Carla Wynn, and Joey Medina, the movie promises a gritty look at the music industry's underbelly. While the YouTube statistics indicate a modest initial viewership, the intriguing premise suggests a film worth exploring for those interested in character-driven dramas about the pursuit of artistic redemption.
