DANGEROUS CHARTER

Cinemavixion Review

Robert Gottschalk's "Dangerous Charter" plunges viewers into a tense maritime thriller, a stark reminder of the perils that can lurk beneath calm waters. The film masterfully crafts an atmosphere of escalating dread as the crew of a humble fishing boat stumbles upon a seemingly abandoned luxury yacht. What begins as a potential windfall quickly devolves into a desperate struggle for survival when the discovery of a corpse reveals the vessel's illicit cargo: a fortune in heroin. Chris Warfield and Sally Fraser anchor the narrative with performances that convey both the allure of unexpected wealth and the chilling realization of their predicament. The narrative expertly weaves suspense with the grim realities of the criminal underworld, making "Dangerous Charter" a compelling watch for those who appreciate taut, character-driven suspense.
