DANGER ONE

Cinemavixion Review

Tom Oesch's "Danger One" plunges viewers into a desperate, high-octane night where a moral compromise spirals into chaos. The film masterfully balances dark humor with genuine suspense, as two paramedics, portrayed with compelling desperation by Tom Everett Scott and James Jurdi, stumble upon a life-altering sum of money. Angélica Celaya provides a strong counterpoint to their escalating predicament. The narrative unfolds with relentless pacing, exploring themes of greed and consequence against the backdrop of a city that becomes increasingly hostile. While the external data indicates a 2018 release and a 5.5 IMDb rating, the core of the film—its thrilling premise and the visceral execution of a desperate gamble gone wrong—remains its most potent asset. "Danger One" is a taut thriller that effectively captures the perilous consequences of a single, fateful decision.
