DANGER IN THE WOODS

Cinemavixion Review

This documentary-style crime investigation plunges viewers into the heart of a chilling Canadian true crime case. What begins as a seemingly typical teenage gathering in the woods quickly devolves into a nightmare when violence erupts. The narrative expertly weaves together the immediate aftermath of the party with the discovery of an older, previously unsolved crime at the same location. The series emphasizes the critical 72-hour window following an offense, highlighting how crucial early evidence gathering is for law enforcement. It's a stark reminder of the darkness that can lurk beneath ordinary circumstances and the meticulous work required to bring perpetrators to justice. An engaging, albeit grim, exploration of criminal investigation.
