CRYSTAL INFERNO

Cinemavixion Review

Eric Summer's 'Crystal Inferno' plunges viewers into a harrowing ordeal within a towering inferno. The film masterfully builds tension as two teenagers, Ben and Anne, find themselves trapped in a rapidly escalating fire on the 20th floor of a skyscraper. Meanwhile, their parents, on the 60th floor, must overcome personal strife to orchestrate a daring rescue. The narrative effectively contrasts the claustrophobic terror of the children's situation with the desperate race against time faced by their parents, highlighting themes of family resilience under extreme pressure. Claire Forlani and Jamie Bamber deliver commendable performances as the parents, anchoring the emotional core of the disaster. While the film's premise is dire, it serves as a potent showcase for the human spirit's will to survive and protect loved ones against insurmountable odds.
