CRYPTZ

Cinemavixion Review

Embarking on a descent into the nocturnal world of supernatural horror, 'Cryptz' delivers a B-movie thrill ride that leans heavily into its campy premise. Directed by Danny Draven, the film plunges aspiring rappers into a den of iniquity disguised as a strip club, only to discover its alluring dancers are a coven of vampires. While the narrative may tread familiar ground, drawing comparisons to cult classics like 'From Dusk Till Dawn,' 'Cryptz' carves out its own niche with a blend of horror and action, punctuated by moments of dark humor. The plot's relentless pace ensures a constant sense of danger as the protagonists fight for survival against their seductive, bloodthirsty adversaries. Though its IMDb rating suggests a niche appeal, 'Cryptz' offers an unpretentious, energetic experience for fans of creature features and vampire lore.
