CROWD FUNDING THE DEATH STAR AND OTHER SKETCHES

Cinemavixion Review

This collection of sketch comedy from Dave & Tom, titled 'CROWD FUNDING THE DEATH STAR AND OTHER SKETCHES,' offers a humorous glimpse into relatable, albeit absurd, scenarios. The standout sketch features Darth Vader attempting to finance a new Death Star via Kickstarter, a premise that cleverly blends science fiction tropes with contemporary crowdfunding culture. Other notable sketches include 'Ouija Board Proposal,' 'Swingers,' 'Whatever,' 'Prison Confessions,' 'Destiny's Stop,' 'Ghost Quest,' 'Biblical Weather,' and 'Language Barrier,' each promising a unique comedic take on everyday or fantastical situations. While the production may lean towards independent sensibilities, the inventive concepts and the creators' evident comedic timing are likely to resonate with fans of sketch comedy looking for fresh, offbeat humor.
