COUNTER CLOCKWISE

Cinemavixion Review

George Moïse's "Counter Clockwise" masterfully blends the intricacies of science fiction with the sharp wit of dark comedy. The film centers on Ethan Walker, a scientist whose pursuit of teleportation unexpectedly yields a time machine. This inventive premise propels the narrative into a thrilling murder mystery as Walker finds himself six months in the future, entangled in events he cannot yet comprehend. The performances, particularly from Michael Kopelow, Frank Simms, and Kerry Knuppe, anchor the film's ambitious plot, navigating the complex temporal paradoxes with a compelling blend of bewilderment and determination. While the Internet Movie Database ratings suggest a mixed reception, the film’s creative ambition and its unique fusion of genres offer a thought-provoking and entertaining cinematic experience for fans of mind-bending thrillers.
