CORE

Cinemavixion Review

Andrew Huggins, Patrick Medley, and Bryan Archilla Serrano's "Core" presents a compelling narrative centered on Abby, a protagonist who understands that success is earned, not given. The film delves into the harsh realities of life as Abby's hard-won achievements are unexpectedly shattered, forcing her to rebuild in a world that offers little solace. As she navigates this unforgiving landscape, Abby embarks on a journey of self-rediscovery, crucially reconnecting with a neglected relationship. With a strong performance from its lead cast, including Jonavan Adams, Ashley Nicole Blake, and Marla Brown, "Core" offers a poignant exploration of resilience, ambition, and the enduring importance of human connection. The film's dramatic arc, underscored by a notable IMDb rating of 8.7, invites audiences to reflect on their own lives and relationships amidst the pursuit of success.
