CONJURING THE GENIE 2 | THE LEGEND OF A WISH MAKER

Cinemavixion Review

Craig McLearie's 'Conjuring the Genie 2 | The Legend of a Wish Maker' plunges into a familiar, yet potent, narrative of desire and its perilous consequences. The film follows a group of friends who, in their pursuit of the extraordinary, unwittingly unleash a force that grants their deepest wishes. Ella Starbuck, Bao Tieu, and Dan Robins anchor the ensemble, navigating the escalating tension as their newfound fortunes twist into a nightmarish reality. The premise offers a compelling exploration of the adage that some wishes are best left ungranted, questioning the true cost of unchecked ambition. While the supernatural elements drive the plot, the core of the film lies in its examination of friendship and the dark side of human nature when faced with ultimate power.
