CONJURING THE DEAD: VALLEY OF THE WITCH

Cinemavixion Review

Andrew Jones' 'Conjuring the Dead: Valley of the Witch' plunges viewers into the eerie Welsh village of Cwmgwrach, where dormant spirits are violently re-awakened. The film masterfully builds suspense as an ancient evil begins to manifest, threatening the very existence of the community. With a palpable sense of dread, the narrative questions whether the village's dark history has sealed its fate, leaving the audience to ponder the inevitable consequences of disturbing the dead. The performances, particularly from Rachel Howells, Lee Bane, and Alison Lenihan, anchor the supernatural terror in a grounded reality, making the unfolding horror all the more compelling. Jones crafts a chilling atmosphere, ideal for those who appreciate slow-burn supernatural thrillers steeped in folklore and foreboding.
