CONJOINED

Cinemavixion Review

Joe Grisaffi's 2013 horror-comedy, "Conjoined," presents a darkly comedic premise that delves into the complexities of love, loneliness, and extreme measures. The film's narrative follows a man whose online romance takes a bizarre turn when he discovers his beloved has a conjoined twin who is also a serial killer. This peculiar setup forces the protagonist into a precarious position, navigating a treacherous relationship while desperately trying to avoid becoming a victim himself. Despite its modest IMDb rating of 4.4/10 and receiving 2 wins and 6 nominations, "Conjoined" offers a unique blend of horror and humor, exploring themes of commitment and survival in a truly unconventional manner. Its inventive plot, penned by Chuck Norfolk and Tim Norfolk, promises a viewing experience that is as unsettling as it is amusing, making it a curious addition to the horror-comedy genre.
