CONAN, THE ADVENTURER: LETHAL WIZARDS

Cinemavixion Review

This installment of "Conan the Adventurer," titled "Lethal Wizards," plunges into a cunning political intrigue woven around the Cimmerian warrior. The narrative centers on three ambitious wizards—Penor, Gero, and Norbu—who scheme to exploit Conan's rise to power. Their treacherous plan involves ingratiating themselves as advisors, only to betray him and seize control. The episode explores themes of ambition, deception, and the corrupting influence of power, set against the backdrop of Conan's burgeoning leadership. Ralf Moeller's portrayal of Conan likely anchors the story, while the dynamics between the scheming wizards provide the central conflict. It's a tale that promises a battle of wits as much as any physical confrontation, delving into the darker machinations that often accompany a ruler's ascent.
