Cinemavixion Review

"Collision" plunges viewers into the gritty underbelly of a world where dreams are shattered by the harsh realities of crime and revenge. Directed by Fabien Martorell, this 2022 South African thriller masterfully weaves a narrative of consequence, where two friends find their lives irrevocably altered by their entanglement with a formidable crime lord. The performances, particularly from Langley Kirkwood, Bonko Khoza, and Tessa Jubber, are compelling, grounding the film with raw intensity. While the plot description from the local data hints at shattered aspirations, the external data suggests a broader exploration of freedom's cost. The film's crime and thriller elements are palpable, promising a tense viewing experience that explores the high stakes of survival and retribution in a dangerous landscape. This is a film that demands attention, offering a stark look at the price of ambition and the inescapable nature of past choices.
