CLIMATE CHAOS

Cinemavixion Review

This powerful documentary, 'Climate Chaos', eschews the scientific debates surrounding climate change to focus on its immediate and devastating human toll. Director Geert De Belder presents a stark, unflinching look at the realities faced by communities in the southern hemisphere. Through poignant interviews with those directly affected in Africa, Asia, and South America, the film vividly illustrates how rising temperatures have transformed fertile lands into deserts, decimated fish stocks, and rendered coastal settlements uninhabitable due to rising sea levels. The increased frequency of devastating natural disasters and cyclones is shown not as a future threat, but as a present-day humanitarian catastrophe forcing millions into becoming climate refugees. Supported by organizations like Greenpeace and Oxfam, 'Climate Chaos' serves as a crucial and comprehensive survey of the ongoing devastation, highlighting the urgent need for global attention and action.
