CLIMATE CHANGE - THE POLITICAL PROBLEM

Cinemavixion Review

This documentary confronts the urgent reality of climate change, framing it not merely as an environmental crisis, but as a profound political challenge. The film travels across diverse global landscapes—from Australia's parched outback to the Pakistani Himalayas and the vast Amazon—illustrating the devastating impacts of droughts, wildfires, and floods. It powerfully connects these natural disasters to the direct consequences of human-induced climate change, emphasizing that the devastation witnessed is a direct result of inadequate policies and pervasive political apathy. By interviewing activists and individuals on the front lines, the film underscores the human cost and the desperate need for political solutions. It poses critical questions about whether we have passed a tipping point and if reversal is still possible, urging viewers to consider the political dimensions of this existential threat.
