CIRCLE OF FEAR

Cinemavixion Review

Aldo Lado's 1992 thriller, "Circle of Fear," plunges viewers into a grim urban landscape where the lines between law enforcement and the criminal underworld blur. The narrative follows two dedicated policemen, Tony and Lisa, as they pursue the elusive drug trafficker Mancini. Their mission, however, is complicated by the chilling presence of a serial killer dubbed "The Full Moon Killer," whose brutal acts cast a long shadow over the city. Lado crafts a tense atmosphere, blending police procedural elements with the unsettling dread of a slasher film. While the film may not have achieved widespread recognition, it offers a compelling exploration of fear and corruption, anchored by a taut script and a palpable sense of unease that lingers long after the credits roll.
