CINDERELLA AND THE PRINCE CHARLES

Cinemavixion Review

In 'Cinderella and the Prince Charles,' director Orlando Corradi presents a charming reimagining of a classic tale. The narrative unfolds as a young Prince Charles, overwhelmed by royal duties, embarks on a clandestine adventure in the city, adopting the guise of a commoner. It is during this escapade that he encounters Cinderella, a spirited servant girl. The film explores themes of identity, societal expectations, and the allure of a life unburdened by title. Maria Kawamura and Masami Kikuchi lend their voices to the central characters, bringing a nuanced performance to their budding relationship. The story thoughtfully contrasts the gilded cage of royalty with the perceived freedom of ordinary life, offering a delightful exploration of what it truly means to find happiness and connection beyond one's predetermined station.
