CAUGHT: THE ICE CHEST MURDER

Cinemavixion Review

Craig Coffman's "Caught: The Ice Chest Murder" offers a chillingly direct account of the Anne Marie Fahey tragedy, primarily through the perspectives of the investigators. Released in 2002, the documentary eschews sensationalism for a procedural examination of the events, allowing the detailed work of law enforcement to unfold. The narrative focuses on the methodical steps taken to solve the crime, highlighting the dedication and analytical prowess of the individuals involved. While the film delves into dark subject matter, its strength lies in its commitment to presenting the facts as uncovered by those on the case. It serves as a stark reminder of the complexities inherent in criminal investigations and the human stories that lie at their core.
