CASTING CALL MYSTERY

Cinemavixion Review

In "Casting Call Mystery," director Jeff Hathcock crafts a suspenseful whodunit centered around a perplexing crime. The narrative follows an actress who, after a casting director's murder, finds herself with a troubling case of amnesia. As she grapples with the possibility of being the prime suspect, a fleeting glimpse of a familiar face offers a glimmer of hope, potentially unlocking the truth she desperately seeks. The film features a compelling ensemble cast, including Robert Miano, Natalie Alexander, and Jennifer Day, who navigate the intricate plot and escalating tension. While the film delves into themes of memory and guilt, its potential is somewhat hampered by its limited scope, leaving the audience to ponder what might have been with a more expansive treatment of its intriguing premise.
